Birdsong and soft wind provide gentle variety without sudden peaks, which makes them ideal for relaxing breath work.

Try a 4–6 pattern: inhale 4s, exhale 6s, for 3–5 minutes. Keep the sound low so breathing stays primary in your awareness.

If thoughts race, add a simple anchor: count β€œone” on inhale and β€œtwo” on exhale.
